What is a Reina Membership?
Your private key to the Realm - verified 21+ access to restricted content, education, invites, and (where lawful) pathways to verified retail partners. Membership is not a promise of supply and is not a grow-club.
Why do I need a membership?
South African rules favour private, adult-only contexts. Membership lets us keep communications discreet, age-gated, and compliant.
Age rules
The Act calls an adult 18+; Reina sets 21+ as our policy for restricted content and invites.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Across South Africa via trusted couriers. No international shipping (for now).
How do I place an order?
Add to cart → confirm you’re 21+ → checkout with our secure gateway. You’ll get tracking once we dispatch.
Can I change or Cancel my order?
If it hasn’t left the castle (warehouse), yes - email [helo@reinacollective.co.za] with your order number. Dispatched orders can’t be altered.
How long does it take to get my order?
Major centres 1–3 business days; outlying 2–5 after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking.
RETURNS
What's the Policy on returns?
For hygiene/compliance, we can’t accept returns on opened consumables. If your products arrives DOA or faults within 7 days, we’ll replace or refund - no drama.
How do I log a fault?
Email [helo@reinacollective.co.za] with your order number, short video/photos of the faulty product, we will then make the necessary arrangements to fix the problem.
Refund timing
Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
My parcel arrived damaged?
Photograph the outer box + contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
THC PRODUCT INFORMATION
Do your products contain THC?
YES - our THC items are clearly labeled.
How strong are they?
Potency is batch-specific. Each product links to a COA (Certificate of Analysis). Ask - we’ll send the COA for your batch code.
How does Reina stay on the right side of SA law?
We keep it private and adult-only. Reina does not sell THC to the public. Access happens via verified retail partners and/or private, members-only access where permissible. We may decline or cancel any request that doesn’t meet eligibility or legal requirements.
Safety notes
Start low, go slow. Don’t drive or operate machinery after THC. Not for pregnancy, breastfeeding, or certain medical conditions.
WHOLESALE
How do I become a Reina Stockist?
You can apply via our Wholesale Portal. Once your application is approved, you’ll get access to wholesale pricing, marketing materials, and product ordering.
What Products does Reina offer?
We specialize in flavor-forward cannabis products, including:

Flower in mylar bags
Glass-tubed pre-rolls All categorized under three Realms: Indica (Somnara), Hybrid (Equillia), and Sativa (Aeralis)
Will I get visuals and marketing material?
Yes. All approved retailers receive digital and/or printed marketing assets, including product imagery, POS display options, and educational materials for staff and customers.
Are your products tested?
Absolutely. Every batch is tested for quality and consistency. While we don’t publish batch data online (for discretion), we’re happy to supply COAs on request for retailers.
